General Terms and Conditions


By making an air-ticket reservation on the website vilagvandor.hu and paying for the ticket and the additional taxes and fees the Client concludes a contract for carriage with the air carrier. Upon conclusion of the contract, Weco Online Ltd (1055 Budapest, Honvéd u. 38, MKEH registation: U-000846, tax identification number: 13960203-2-41), acts as an intermediary and collects the transportation fees and all taxes for the air carriers. For the intermadiary activity Weco Online is entitled to receive service fee.


1. Air-ticket reservation:

The website vilagvandor.hu (hereinafter referred to as "reservation system") presents flights, prices, taxes and fees registered in worldwide reservation systems and in databases of certain airlines.

After making a reservation through the reservation system Weco Online charges sevice fee. The amount of the service fee is 3.900 Ft per ticket in case of European destinations, and 5.900 Ft per ticket in case of destinations outside Europe. If the Client does not make the reservaition himself, it is also possible to make the reservation in the Weco Online offices. In this case the price of the air-ticket depends on the available seats on the selected flight at the time of the reservation, and the amount of service fees is 5.000 Ft per ticket or 10.000 Ft per ticket.

After finishing a reservation, the system generates a confirmation e-mail, which is sent also to the e-mail address added by You. In the case this confirmation e-mail does not arrive, please, every time contact our reservation centre until the end of the first working day, otherwise Weco Online cannot take any responibility

Please note that it is suggested to confirm your reservation by phone or by e-mail at the airline 72 hours before your trip, especially in case of journey to the U.S.


2. Providing personal details:

The Client is responsible for providing true and accurate personal details. In case of untrue or incomplete information Weco Online Ltd shall bear no liability for any damages.
All personal datas must be provided as per the travel document (passport or identity card). Air carriers will refuse transportation in case of different datas in the air ticket and in the document used for identification.


3. Details of Contact person:

The reservation system provides possibility to name a Contact person. Weco Online Ltd will send all messages and information to the contact person's e-mail adress and phone number. Weco Online shall not be liable to recieving messages and information by the traveller.


4. Travel documents:

Passengers are obliged to check their documents and required visa both to the end destination and transit destination. Weco Online Ltd. shall not be liable for any damage incurred to the Client by his/her non-awareness of the potential visa requirements. According to international regulations the travel documents must be valid until more than 6 months after the returning date.


5. Changes and cancellations of air-tickets:

All changes and cancellations of reservations and issued tickets shall be subject to the tariff conditions of the air carriers. The itinary and the passenger name for an individual reservation may not be changed under any circumstances. About the tariff conditions Client is informed prior to payment and issue of the ticket by the reservation system.
Modifying or cancelling an air ticket is a new service for which Weco Online charges a fee of 5000 Ft per ticket. In case of low cost carriers the fee of modification/cancellation is 20.000 Ft per reservation.


6. Terms of payment:

6.1. Online payment by Credit Card

Payment by Credit card is through the payment system maintained by OTP Bank and working according to the rules and security orders of international card-companies.

On our website you can pay with the following cards:
- Visa (embossed)
- MasterCard (embossed)
- American Express
- Electron (not embossed), depending on the issue of the card

Please note that credit card payment is done in two transactions: the price of the tickets, and airport taxes are charged directly by the airline as a first transaction. Service fee is charged by Galileo Hungary as a second transaction. Please note that at the time of the payment airlines will just block the amount and they will charge your account later - often only several days later.

Please note, that in case of credit card payment the air ticket will be immediately issued, and the tariff conditions of the air carriers will come into force.


6.2. Payment by money transfer

Choosing this way of paying methods, we are waiting for your remittance on the following bank account number:

Please, insert your six digit confirmation number and the remark ’flight ticket’ into the transfer notice.
After recieving the amount, we will issue your ticket. The item has to be arrive until the ticketing deadline indicated in the confirmation. The flight tickets will be sent to the e-mail address given by the contact person.

6.3. Payment by cash or credit card in our office

Please note, that in case of pick-up at office, there is a personal service charge of
2.000 HUF per person. The confirmed price does not include this fee!

Please note, that the flight tickets have to be picked up until the ticketing deadline shown on the confirmation, otherwise the airline cancels the booking!



7. Collecting the ticket:

The reserved and paid flight tickets will be delivered to the Client as demanded in the reservation.

8. Invoicing:

Issuing the invoice is possible only for the details provided at the "Invoicing adress" section. After issuing the invoice no changes are possible.
The Client will recieve the invoice together with the air ticket (in case of personal payment) or the invoice will be posted (in case of e-ticket).

Weco Online Ltd. reserves a right to claim for compensation on a full extent for any deliberate damage caused by a User.
